Casa molto pulita e spaziosa, arredamenti nuovi , a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione .

L’espace, l’aspect fonctionnel de l’ensemble de l’appartement, la propreté a notre arrivée. Lave linge et lave vaisselle à disposition. Véritable four et cuisine aménagée pour cuisiner. Lits très confortables

Rien de spécial. L’ascenseur que nous n’avons pas emprunté car il ne nous paraissait pas très fiable. Les 4 étages peuvent être une difficulté pour certains voyageurs. Ça ne nous a pas posé problème pour notre part.

The location was good, and few minutes walking from the train station The apartment was big enough to fit all our needs

We had issue to find the keys, as the cleaning lady forgot to leave them in the box. That was solved kind of fast, as the owner came to us in 20 minutes We came for 3 nights, and the supplies like garbage bags or toilet paper for 5 people didn't last even 1 day, I needed to go to find a grocery shop, to buy those simple things. That with the key issue, felt they didn't really plane on us to come. Also, the building is currently working on, so its covered with plastic sheets and there is lots of noise out of this in the day time, something that I don't think was mentioned in the description

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Buona la posizione, a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro e a pochi passi dalla stazione. Posizione strategica per visitare le Cinque Terre

Limpeza e modernidade do apartamento

It was a fairly modern apartment in a rather old building. The rooms were nice and spacious. We could park for free at a nearby street which saved us a bit of money. About 10 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute to the city centre.

There was a scaffolding all around the building which made entering the building or going out on the terrace unwelcoming. I wish booking.com had informed us about this. It seems like the building works are coming to an end so I think the scaffolding will be down soon. Also I had to send pics of our ID cards/ passports to the host via WhatsApp which I believe is not very secure
