จองที่พัก 2 คืน พักคืนแรก 1 ห้องจาก 2 ห้อง ไม่มีโทรทัศน์(ห้องหมายเลข 1 ขอเปลี่ยนห้องได้ห้องหมายเลข 3 แอร์เสียตอน 03.00 น เลยพักคืนเดียว เพราะไม่มีห้องเปลี่ยน ส่วนอีกห้องหมายเลข 5 ปกติ และไม่มีการแนะนำว่าตามกฎหมายลาวหากใช้หนังสือผ่านแดนชั่วคราวข้ามแดน โรงแรมต้องประทับตราหลังใบผ่านแดน แต่โรงแรมไม่ได้ทำตอนออจากลาวโดนเรียกค่าปรับ 135,000 กีบ ประมาณ 200 บาท

Magnifique cadre, au calme et très propre. Le personnel est très gentil et nous avons pu louer des scooters directement avec eux.

Un petit peu loin du centre. Il faut prendre un tuktuk ou scooter pour aller plus en ville.

Room was clean

Lost power in the night we stayed so had no AC sweating all night and wake up to find we couldn’t have a shower either because the shower is electric. Spoke with staff in the morning and they were dismissive about our concerns and offered no apology. Electricity didn’t come back on until 6pm the next day and no compensation nor even an apology is offered. They couldn’t help us booking onward travel. They couldn’t help us sort laundry. They only had two breakfast options in their “restaurant” which are both either toast or toast with an egg. This was a cr4p stay wouldn’t stay here again.

Très beau cadre, et les logements sont grands, avec des jolies décorations. Se rapproche du resort au prix hôtelier. J'ai adoré Les formules à 50kk petitdéjeuner sont sympas. Les employés sont accueillants. .

Juste un bémol : les chambres sont toutes collées et vous vivez avec vos voisins, vous entendez tous ce qui se passe, et ça pertube . Il y a eu même une entrée à 2 h du mat, ce n’était pas respectuex, les arrivant ont parlé forts et claqués les portes.

The entire team went above and beyond, but a special mention must go to the wonderful female property manager, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She was always polite, friendly, and incredibly attentive — nothing was ever too much trouble. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile, making our time there completely stress-free. 🌟 One of the biggest challenges when traveling in Thakhek is transportation, especially since rideshare services aren’t available in the region. However, the staff made what could have been a logistical nightmare incredibly easy by arranging tuk-tuk transportation for us whenever we needed it. This service alone made exploring the area effortless and allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip without worrying about how to get around. 🚖 Another standout highlight was the beautifully prepared private breakfast. Having a special cooked breakfast made just for us added such a personal and thoughtful touch to our stay. It felt exclusive, relaxed, and incredibly welcoming — the perfect way to start each day. 🍳☕ On top of that, the one-day express laundry service was a huge bonus. It was fast, efficient, and extremely convenient, especially for travelers on the move. Having clean clothes returned so quickly made everything that much easier. 👕✨ Villa Thakhek truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and genuine kindness from the staff made our stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend Villa Thakhek to anyone visiting the area — you’ll be looked after from start to finish and made to feel like family. We can’t wait to return! 💛
