"Poca efficienza."

Abbiamo avuto un brutto finale di vacanza! Il penultimo giorno è mancata completamente l'acqua, senza potersi manco lavare la faccia dalle 9:00 am alle 10:00 am del giorno dopo. Gli imprevisti possono accadere, ma nel suo caso si tratta di non essersi sincerato che l'acqua, bene primario, fosse perfettamente fruibile con più di 13 ore di preavviso. Ho infatti comunicato la situazione alle ore 9.00 e alle 22.00 ancora non si era sanata e l'indomani, dopo la rassicurazione che avreste provveduto "primo orario", avete risolto solo alle 10.00 costringendo gli inquilini partire senza neppure una doccia e a recarsi a lavoro in quelle condizioni incresciose.
