Great house epically for the costs. Very clean and neat, plenty of room.

Not enough signage to find the house, and did not have groceries. Buy food before you arrive.

GREAT Location and price but not as comfortable as I had hoped for! Surrounded by ag fields Directions could have included that it is not on the road and one must look for a mailbox and small sign. Hard to find a cup in kitchen Original key code sent did not function :( - after texts/emails and time...- host kindly reset the door lock to function- initial disappointment. Kitchen and appliances looked to be in good condition and clean Hard to find limited plates/cups Hospital/hospice bed and bath chair create a certain vibe (not pleasant) Great deck and evening and morning views Plastic covered mattresses noisy and uncomfortable Main queen (memory foam) also not comfortable unclear if bedding and blankets were clean Showers were 'complicated' with instructions in posted notes water from faucets and shower smelled (perhaps on well with high mineral content?)- it would be a nice detail to include to set the expectation

Directions. Initial key code functionality water smells, initial faucet flow was brown/rusty beds (plastic covered mattresses) Hospice/Hospital bed & shower/tub bench should be removed or disclosed upfront bedding?

We liked the quiet, the views, and the cows! More importantly, we liked that we could book at the last minute and the owner communicated with us promptly.

It would have been nice to have a double bed replace one of the twin beds in the children's room.
