Aldiva Chalet

The chalet (our booked small house) was wonderful! Just amazing! It was spacious enough, light, clean and modern-looking. The presence of air conditioning was beneficial. I appreciate the bottles of water that were left in the fridge. And I absolutely loved the small terrace with a table and chairs right before the house, and even more I liked the front yard with the sand and two launch beds per house. Landscapes are breathtaking)

I was highly disappointed to discover that it wasn't beach-front anymore (in the classical understanding) – it adjusted to the private beach, where you have to pay for a full "lido" (two launch beds and an umbrella) or get out of there; you can't just chill next to the water in front of your hotel. The solution is a public beach 5 minutes from the chalets, but it's a ten-metre area in width between two hotels; still, it is good and relatively clean; I enjoyed it. Or you can stand unfair additional hidden extra expenses and rent lidos (almost sure that the owner is the same) – up to you. Yeah, unfortunately, the location is not so good as it is in photos anymore. The "Aldiva chalets" are packed between two beach clubs. One of them reserves all the first line to the sea; another one plays loud music all day long if it's not stormy outside. Despite being warned about possible noise before checking in, but after booking a room, we could not expect that our walls would vibrate. Additional downsides that were not promised: the room covers very basic needs, but there was no cutlery except two paper glasses, no kitchen (even common), and no microwave; the cleaning is only before 11AM; it's 20 mins from the city centre, where the majority of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are; and there was no reception (I'm not sure if it's a disadvantage, but someone might think it is); instead, we had chat support with the manager (a very nice lady). If I knew everything beforehand, I would choose another accommodation – more affordable or convenient – because we were looking for a place to relax and think about nothing during vacation and planned a budget with these thoughts – the plan failed. We even considered options to move out, but other suitable hotels were fully booked. However, if I had lower expectations, I would book "Aldiva chalets" again.

La struttura è praticamente sulla spiaggia, una serie di chalet fronte mare, semplici ma accoglienti. All’esterno quel piccolo patio è molto gradevole, vengono forniti anche lettini nello spazio antistante.

La musica del locale accanto. Anche se siamo stati avvisati, non immaginavo che il volume percepito in camera fosse così alto! È stato praticamente impossibile dormire finché non si sono fatte le 2:00! Il problema non è la Musica ma che piuttosto lo chalet ha un insonorizzazione e pari a ZERO! Quindi anche con finestra e porta chiusa era come stare in discoteca!

Beh 7 giorni lì non ci siamo mai fatti una doccia calda …la sera mancava sempre acqua calda …abbiamo segnalato il problema già dal primo giorno ..ci sono venuti incontro per carità …però 7 giorni lì senza provvedere al guasto mi sembra un po’ troppo …7 giorni lì non ci sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola ….pulivano ma rimanevano sempre capelli nella stanza ….noi coppia ci siamo trovati tutti i giorni con bambini accanto che gridavano già dalle 7 del mattino …più che vacanza è stato un incubo …forse dovreste mettere regole che non si può fare casinò da un certo orario
