No loo rolls, no cotton top sheets,no bedside tables or lamps Unable to find lounge air-conditioning remote, no bottled water on arrival, 2 broken sun loungers, kitchen bin not emptied, no information pack No response at all from property management company

Excellent location and a great pool. Great value for money. The villa is well appointed with all that you need for your stay. Being a regular visitor to Dalyan, I would highly recommend the Villa Crystal

The pool and gardens were nice

Few issues when we arrived!! Broken chairs few pans one bedroom no light bulbs safe not working

Pool is amazing and best thing about the property- the sunbeds are all broken though. So just stay in the pool and you’ll be fine.

Everything else is either broken, nearly broken or dirty. Piles of dead insects in the corner of each room, mosquito nets broken, appliances in the kitchen broken, stains on beds, bed sheets and pillows, stains and cobwebs all over the walls. Alarm didn’t work and was not fixed during our time there despite multiple messages, the property manager did arrive and notice the fob to set it had no batteries, disappeared with the fob and never returned. (Very worrying as there had been reports of many burglaries in the area.) also I understand it’s a villa but they literally give you nothing to begin with, so if you arrive late at night without water you have to wait until the morning to go buy some. We only had washing up liquid and a sponge to do the dishes and a dust pan and brush because the people before us brought it and left it! There was not even batteries in the TV remote! The villa does not look like the pictures anymore, it’s run down and disappointing, not worth the money. Power goes out frequently (not necessarily the companies fault) worth mentioning as we spent a lot of our holiday without any power so our freezer and fridge constantly got warm and the alarm we we not able to set went off constantly when there was no power detected! Not very relaxing.

Pool area was good. Large outside space (although this was somewhat unkempt through our stay).

Air conditioning in main bedroom not working on arrival and despite a number of requests this was not resolved for 5 days. General cleanliness of the property was poor on arrival. Lack of tea towels, usable wine or drinking glasses. Lack of (usable) furniture on balconies

Immaculate fully equipped Villa with great outdoor area and fabulous pool

Outside BBQ area would benefit from a refurb - but this is a very minor point!!

We enjoyed everything…
