Location is excellent, cca 15-20 minutes walking to Pisa center. bus stops are also very close (but buses come quite randomly :-D it is easier to walk). There is a shop closeby, with good choices for breakfast. The flat is spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, bathroom is clean and large. The bed is very comfortable. Upstairs neighbours are a bit noisy (earplugs are very useful) but other than them, it is a really quiet and calm place to stay. Giulia and Lorenzo are superfriendly and really helpful. It was a great stay!
