Buona posizione, arredamento moderno e curato

La colazione iniziava troppo tardi (8:30), nella camera era presente solo una tenda leggera e la mattina passava la luce già dalle prime ore di luce.

This is a lovely little property, a short walk to the centre of Oaxaca and minutes away from Xochimilco. The room appeared to have been relatively recently renovated and was clean. The staff shine out - so friendly and helpful.

A sign said that towels would be changed every three days, which was worrying. Thankfully they were actually changed daily - good as there was nowhere to dry them. Taps did not contain drinking water yet only two small bottles of water provided daily - extra ones incurred a charge

Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed, quiet street within easy walking distance of the center and lots of great restaurants.

The drain in the shower did struggle a bit when I had the shower at full force, but when I mentioned it at the front desk they did something to it because it improved for the rest of my stay.

The hotel is beautiful and I specially loved the japanese pond by the lobby. Everyone from the staff was super friendly and very helpful during our stay. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. I also found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and really appreciate the AC for warmer nights.

We ran into a few issues during our stay (shower was clogged and ended up flooding the bathroom, safe box ran out of battery) but staff was very quick to solve them. Breakfast was tasty but would be nice to have a few more options on the menu.

Hay algunos detalles de limpieza que deberían vigilar con más detalle; por ejemplo, el cabezal de la regadera estaba lleno de sarro. Los cuartos son muy oscuros. Creo que son algunos detalles de decepcionan por el precio que pagas.
