Big for just 2 person. Fit a family and not two single travelers.

Super super dark at the turn in on Old Three Rivers from the 198 and also extremely dark at the second turn in before you get to the property. The property sign is not lighted and the sign facing the opposite direction where I turned in. It was scary turning into the property as it was pitched dark on the street with no street lights at all. I do not like the gravel ground on the property. Not good for smaller car with smaller tires than a truck or any bigger SUV. Safer for 4x4 wheel. I felt like my car ‘sinking into the gravel’. Other than that, villa is nice except some few loose fittings like the kitchen sink and master bed sink. Oh yes, the second bath for the second room is too far away. Have to walk across the living room and kitchen and around the washer/dryer to get to it. Not a good thing if u want to do your business middle of the night.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad accedere in quanto avendo prenotato poco prima abbiamo aspettato circa un’ora prima di ricevere le informazioni per il self check in dal proprietario. Per il prezzo pagato (che non è affatto basso) mi sarei aspettata una maggiore pulizia, invece c’erano ragnatele sia sul lampadario del salone che nei bagni.

Excellent modern fully equipped property, with washing machine and dryer. Best option for relaxing after busy day in Sequoia park.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for the night and everything was great

There was a problem with the alarm system who was constantly beeping. A guy showed up and “fixed” it but then at 5am the beep started again, that was quite annoying

Das check-in (man bekommt vorweg einen code) ist sehr unkompliziert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, und perfekt für vier Personen. Es ist ein Wasserspender und auch sonstige Utensilien vorhanden damit man gemütlich noch frühstücken kann. Wir sind am Abend angereist um am nächsten morgen zeitlich starten zu können und haben dann noch im Park übernachtet.

Die Betten sind leider ziemlich hart und das Licht ist ein „kaltes“ Licht, was eher an ein OP Saal erinnert, wobei das natürlich sehr leicht ausgetauscht werden kann. Sonst war es ideal für eine Nacht und in der Nähe zum Eingang vom Nationalpark.

Designed beautifully, it is spacious and inviting upon entry, well appointed with everything necessary in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bed is comfortable and shower is great. It was pleasant to sit out on the shady porch in the mornings watching the wildlife. It is located in quiet and peaceful setting with several good restaurants for breakfast or dinner, plus a pretty well stocked grocery store. We especially loved Kaweah Coffee Roasters, which serves excellent food and coffee.
