חם נורא. מזגן רק בסלון שלא מחמם את כל הבית. אין מזגן בחדר שינה! אי אפשר היה לישון שם. It's extremely hot. The air conditioner is only in the living room and doesn’t cool the whole house. There’s no AC in the bedroom — it was impossible to sleep there.

Non era possibile parcheggiare a ridosso della casa perché l'area era per i soli residenti (detto a voce e senza nessun cartello)

10/10 property! I did see in the pictures that it has a beautiful view, but did not expect it to be breathtaking! I would 100% recommend. The team, in particular Milena has been always few minutes, even seconds away from any questions I had. Superbly furnished and I enjoyed every second in the accommodation.

Nice apartment with fantastic views towards the mountians and the sea Service and comunication during our stay was great. There is enough parking space in the street below the apartment. Baunei itself is an authentic village on a hillside, we were there for rockclimbing. The quality of the climbing is world class in the intermediate grades.

Superb view from the window. Clean comfortable apartment, good amenities, aircon works well. The building looks shabby from the outside but from the inside it is perfectly okay. Parking is available on the street, about a hundred meters from the building. Cafes, shops are a 5-10 walk away,
