"Unless renovated please avoid"

Great location, especially if you travel with kids (there is a park in front of the building).

The furniture was quite old, the sofa was unusable for sleeping and the cutlery was dirty (all of the kitchen had an unpleasant smell). The owner said it was a mistake the apartment was available and was kind enought to provide a full refund. I am leaving this review in order to let other people know, for the future, if it will be available by mistake again.
