The owner is very good and they took good care of us

Well maintained specious and clean apartment, The owner Mr. Vijay and his family are super kind and friendly. Delicious and affordable Home made food is also available at the property. Easy access to the property there is a shortcut road to approach the property. If you get a local cab then don't get deceived by the drivers they tried to take us to other properties just for the sake of their little commission. Highly recommended

The staff was friendly. The house is clean. Has AC in both rooms.

The beds are very uncomfortable. They haven't removed the plastic cover from the bed. So it was very difficult to sleep. The bathrooms are crammed. Very very small. The approach road is a nightmare. Our vehicle got a scratch from the fence because of the narrow road. It's a mud road, so I don't think one can go there when it rains.

Location is ideal, very much near to the beach & backwaters.

Road connectivity could have been better to reach the location as the roads are very narrow to reach the homestay.

Location was good, rooms are spacious and clean.

AC was not working properly, though it was set to 16Deg, until morning 4 we didn't felt the cool breeze. due to that we couldn't able to have pleasant sleep

Stay was comfortable. Eco Beach, Mangrove Broadwalk was nearby. Murudeshwar is hardly 25-30 minutes drive from here.

The service, staff, the owner and stay was excellent.

The cleanliness of the house, the owner and staff, food, amenities. The property makes for a silent stay away from the chaos. Best for groups as the house is large and can accommodate large group too(say around 10). It's close to the sharavati river (not visible from property) and boating facility can be arranged. The eco beach is a few kms away. Best if you have your own vehicle. Good sea food and veg/non-veg available at request. The owner Vijay and his family are very courteous. The property has all amenities with wifi, geyser, kitchen area, AC in each of the two bedrooms.

The location is slightly remote. Ok for leisure trip but not for business travel or if you do not have a vehicle of your own(although they arrange a cheap auto service for commute)

Approach to the property is horrible.difficult to find on your own .Luckily a person from the property guided us .very muddy & bumpy road from the main road for about 2km.once you arrive at the property you don’t repent.Its very spacious 2bed flat upstairs.very nice host .We had only coffee there which was very small quantity,considering its morning first coffee.could improve on it .would highly recommend if you don’t bother about the access issues .
