Apartman Vili

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Apartment Vili 3 notti, la prima delle quali in un appartamentino accanto a quello prenotato. Abbiamo, infatti, chiesto di aggiungere una notte di pernottamento, e non essendo libero l'appartamento principale, ci hanno proposto - allo stesso prezzo - quello accanto dicendoci che era pressoché identico. Così non era, in quanto la camera da letto era in cantina, e l'appartamento era parecchio sporco. Dopo il trasferimento nell'appartamento "principale", il livello della pulizia migliorava, ma non da potersi considerare soddisfacente (tappettini bagno e cucina non puliti, lenzuola ed asciugamani che non emanavano un buon odore, complice forse anche l'umidità della struttura...). A parte la pulizia, la casa è situata in un quartiere residenziale, comodo per visitare a piedi Zagabria, ed ha il plus della piscina che è indubbiamente un vantaggio dopo una giornata di visite.

Location, on site car park, clean, lovely host who was responsive and left some lovely fruit and drink.

Mozzies…. No mosquito screens and too stuffy to leave door or windows open.

I have done a lot of Apartments, but this one I can reconmend to anyone. Super super good fully equiped, close to The citycentte which you can walk easily. The owners give good information And are very very friemelt. When you plan Zagreb, don’t skip this one fut sure

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e molto accogliente. La casa è vicina al centro della città raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. La piscina puo essere utilizzata durante tutto il giorno.

In giro per l'appartamento erano stati lasciati oggetti necessari per la pulizia comprese scope e pattine e la casa non era molto pulita. Probabilmente la pulizia viene fatta direttamente dai proprietari e non da professionisti. Sicuramente il prezzo è troppo elevato per quello che offre

Recently modernised apartment in an old villa. Very pleasant quiet residential area and the outdoor pool was surrounded by garden space. Host lived above the apartment so we chatted a few times and he explained the history of the building in the area. Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms as well as kitchen area, living room and bedroom. Only 2 apartments in the property so we mostly had the pool area to ourselves. Air conditioning in the public area and the bedroom. Host provided some sparkling wine, fruit and water on arrival. Very thoughtful. Took about 15 minutes to walk to the Upper Town area.

Although the area was very nice, there was a flight of stairs in the final section if walking from the town up to the apartment. Although this was not a problem for us it could be an issue for someone less mobile. There is always the option to jump in a taxi from the town to the property if this was an issue. I rated the WiFi as OK but not great. When connected it was a fast as any property that I've stayed in with great speeds. The issue was that the connection with the router would often drop, and you would have to wait a few minutes until it reconnected. Didn't discuss that with the host so many a simple reboot of the router may have worked.
