We did not have breakfast at the premises. The rooms we tidy and the shower quite large.

For the price per person per night, breakfast should be included in the price. The matrass in the room needs replacement. The surrounding area was quite loud.

They don’t have parking (you leave in the street when they told me they have). The hot water didn’t work, they didn’t provide remote for tv or internet and no way to contact with the people from hotel unless you have a local number to call them. No air con or fan at 35 degrees with humidity… the bathroom shared with room… they didn’t even know how to manage check out.

Friendly staff, close to everything in town, nice lofty rooms, modern shower,good value

This guest house is located very conveniently close to the center of Swakopmund as well as the beach. The staff was very friendly and supportive, and the room was clean and well equiped. There is also a nice courtyard with seating opportunities, and the breakfast at the accomodation was excellent.

Very happy with our accommodation, and the location was close to everything. The manager, Shee, was particularly helpful and friendly.

Nothing, there was no one to open for me to like anything

I made a booking and called ahead to confirm my arrival. I also called again upon reaching Swakopmund to let them know I had arrived. Yet, I was met with complete silence. There was no one to open the door for me, leaving me stranded outside in the cold for two hours—knocking, calling, and receiving no response. This was, without a doubt, the worst holiday experience of my life, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this.
