Az apartman modern, tiszta, ízlésesen és praktikusan berendezett, háztartási gépekkel jól felszerelt (mosógép, mosogatógép, mikró, klíma, stb), minden jól működött. Parkolóhely tartozik hozzá az épület mellett, zárt kapun belül. Kellemes zöld környezet, pár száz méterre egy privát stég is használható. Autóval, vonattal, biciklivel jól megközelíthető. Strand, éttermek, bolt sétatávolságon belül.

Az épület a vasúti sín mellett található, ez nyitott ablaknál és a teraszon időnként vonatzajjal jár.
