La Presentosa

The property was very well thought of - very clean, utilities were provided, the host even had pre packed breakfast and two large water bottles ready for us! It was summer and hot but the accommodation was really cooling to begin with even without the need for fans. The Fans provided were excellent, they weren’t noisy at all! Loved the property would highly recommend!

Sicuramente al primo posto mettereil'ospitalità e l'attenzione ricevuta da Milena:ci ha proprio viziato in tutto per tutto, facendoci sentire a casa. Casa che, come lei è accogliente, curata in ogni particolare, attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve .

Vista spettacolare sulle colline abruzzesi. Appartamento pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli per far sentire gli ospiti coccolati e farli sentire come se fossero a casa propria. La padrona di casa è gentile, cordiale e disponibile in caso di necessità e per qualsiasi consiglio sulle attrazioni del territorio e sulla cucina locale. Un posto in cui tornare con piacere.

Milena was the absolute perfect host! Even when she wasn't there during my stay, she actually made everything for me to feel as comfortable as possible. She reached me on Whatsaap prior to my arrival and explained everything very clearly. I actually had a problem with taking my car from Fiumicino airport and had to take the taxi to Chieti since I had to play a music competition early in the next morning and Milena, around midnight,(!) arrange a ride for me to the town center for the next morning with one of her friends, since the place is located outside of town. Literally the best host and human being! the place itself is beautful, extremely clean and has great air inside it and amazing view on the outside.. I would definitely recommend it and am eager to come back soon:) Chau Milena amd thank you for everything!

Perhaps the only downside I could possibly think of is the lack of windows in the sleeping room but the ceiling is quite high and the air there is still great and I did not feel in any way that the room was choky or anything, actually viseversa, and I had the greatest sleep in a long time:)
