J’étais la seule cliente de tout le Ryokan! Le rêve d’une vie! Le chef pour moi soir et matin, les bains, l’emplacement, bar open de Saké, le rêve littéralement! L’accueille infiniment chaleureux! On m’a raccompagné a la gare, sans meme l’avoir demandé

RIEN! Tout était plus que parfait!

Incroyable découverte, le personnel aux petits soins du début à la fin, qui a pris soin de nous, a couvert tous nos besoins et les a même anticipés, qui nous fait découvrir des plats typiques traditionnels incroyables, a été très patient avec les enfants, et nous a même raccompagné à la gare ! Je n'ai jamais vu un personnel aussi attentionné. Le logement est tout bonnement incroyable, le bain chaud était top, la chambre de haut standing avec des équipements de confort partout. Enfin, le logement est très bien situé, facile d'accès, avec des extérieurs bucoliques qui invitent à la promenade ou la méditation. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci beaucoup pour nous avoir accueilli dans votre formidable endroit.

The staff was amazing and very hospitable

We had an incredible stay! This location is a bit outside of Hiroshima, but very easy to get to by cab or train. The facilities were beautiful, and our room was comfortable with very thoughtful amenities and a beautiful private onsen. The main lobby has bountiful snacks and an incredible sake selection, as well as tons of other beverages that we could help ourselves to as we pleased. Both of our meals were so delicious, much more food than we were able to eat, and our whole party got to share a private dining room with an open hearth. This was truly a wonderful experience, and I would recommend anyone to book here and make the trip!

The room was very clean, spacious by Japanese standards, and offered serene traditional atmosphere blended seamlessly with modern conforms. There was a terrace with a beautiful view adding on to the comfort of the room. The dinner was traditional Japanese-style and for sure it should not be missed! The multi-course kaiseki meal was beautifully presented and very delicious, including fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. The hotel's location is good for visiting the Itsukushima Torii (Water gate) as it is just one station away from it but at the same time away from the madness of the island.

The hotel is located around 10 mins walk from the station. However, still it is inconvenient to reach to it walking even with a small suitcase. So, an advice to the guests (as we did not do this): arrange in advance the pick up from the station as the hotel provides this complimentary service which we didn't know about. Another minor flaw is the timing of the dinner-it starts at 6.00 pm which was a little early for us.
