"4 giorni di relax"

Il punto di forza è sicuramente la gentilezza di tutto il personale: dalle ragazze in reception, al personale della colazione, fino alle pulizie. Sempre disponibili e cordiali. Colazione molto buona, varia e soddisfacente. Ottimi anche tutti i servizi, in particolare la disponibilità delle bici per gli ospiti, un servizio davvero comodo e utile.

Per un hotel 4 stelle ci si aspetta qualcosa in più dalla camera: il lavandino era davvero piccolo e poco pratico. Il letto matrimoniale richiesto si è rivelato essere due materassi uniti, soluzione non all’altezza della categoria. Il problema principale però è stata la porta comunicante con la stanza accanto: essendo una semplice porta interna, non era insonorizzata. Si sentiva tutto (conversazioni, rumori…), abbastanza imbarazzante, come se fosse un unico ambiente. Una situazione tollerabile per una notte, ma non per un soggiorno di 4 giorni, soprattutto in bassa stagione.
