Kipepeo Villa Mt Longonot & Lake Naivasha views

The staff was excellent and very helpful and so was the host! We enjoyed the pool during the day and the warm fire at night. There was also wonderful guidance from the host on activities to do in the area as well as service contacts. We felt very well cared for.

No key was given or needed the staff lives on the property so once u are let into the property u can enter the house. The house is nice and spacious. I loved the different cactus plants that they had around the property in the back near the pool. One night we came in and a buffalo was waiting at the main gate. This freaked out some of our family members but I was not disstressed... it finally left the area and the gate man could come out to open the gate to provide us with access. Hells gate is down the road from the property but once again if u don't have a private car or a rental this is not the place for you to stay...it way off the beaten path.

The house is very very very very very remote and hard to find. It is approximately 15 km from naivasha town and another 6km drive after u leave the main road way, and the road is a dirt road that is difficulty and dusty. They have no signage to this property and if u are coming in at night there is no one to ask for direction on the street... the staff person was responsive and helped to navigate us and we finally made it there...and upon entering the main gate we had to drive another 2km or so, before we got to the gate of the house. This place is deep bush. The host was also unreasonable. A member of our team accidentally broke a frame, a very cheap frame made from compressed paper & he charged me $75 to replace it saying it from from " Germany." I did pay because it was our responsibility but that frame was not event worth $5. It broke open at its joints because it was held by 4 staples. It was a copy of an elephant pic in the frame. Sèe picture The family is very angry at me for paying the $75, & think I am a fool for letting the host overcharge me. The place was filled with ants, we could not use the toilet in the 2nd guest room because ants were all over the seats and in the bowl... when discussed with the host his response was "what do you expect it's the bush." We noted all bathrooms & bedrooms were infested with insects. Because the place is so very remote they depend on solar panels & a generator for energy. We arrived late at night so we could not get a hot shower because the sun was long set & even though they turned on the generator they did not do so long enough to make the water hot to shower 4 people, for our entire stay we had to shower in cold or lukewarm water. They have a small hot water tank so it is not sufficient to support the needs of a family all day. But they tell u this by the signs they put up in the bathroom, suggesting you take quick showers so you can leave some water for ur friends 😀.

I like the fact that the property was clean very well-maintained very spacious.

I enjoyed my experience with my group of friends at Kipepeo Villa. The property is beautiful; from the well manicured lawn to the naturally well lit house. I loved that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the hectic city life. I will definitely come back for more stays.

Need to update the location on google maps to ensure correct road is taken through moi south lake road and not off of the google maps road.

We had an incredible stay at this private villa in Naivasha. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a little green paradise. The property is surrounded by natural beauty, with giraffes casually crossing the road nearby—an unforgettable experience! The villa itself is spectacular. Inside, the high ceilings create a luxurious and spacious ambiance, and everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The outdoor area is equally impressive, with a beautiful swimming pool and a sundowner pond offering breathtaking views of Mount Longonot. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the stunning scenery. This villa is an absolute gem, and I would highly recommend! We’re already looking forward to coming back!
