Buona posizione, cucina ben attrezzata

Casa abbastanza grande con terrazzino con potenzialmente tutti i servizi, nonostante alcune cose non funzionassero. Proprietario gentile

In mattinata non usciva l’acqua dai rubinetti. L’accensione dei fornelli è stata un po’ complicata poichè l’impianto era vecchio e con bombola a gas che non sapevamo aprire. C’era una lavatrice ma non sono riuscita a farla partire. Posizione centrale, ma con le valigie ci sono molti gradini da fare. Essendo il centro zona ztl non si puó arrivare molto vicini(non meno di 400 metri) con la macchina abbastanza scomoda la strada se si trasportano i bagagli. C’è tanto potenziale che potrebbe essere gestito meglio.

I liked the layout (floor plan) of the apartment and that it is large and comfortable, and has a terrace (porch) with a bit of view. Access was smooth and so was the communication with the landlady. She was very helpful. I also liked the neighbour lady, a resident who helped me with opening the gate to the porch thus finding the key box. She even warned me that the rain was there and best if I removed my drying clothes from the clothes line. The apartment was very well equipped from plenty of toilet papers and paper towels to plenty of shower gels and shampoos. This shows a caring landlady who loves and values her guests. She also gave me very clear directions how to find and reach her apartment. Thank you Gabriele.

I didn't like the lock to the entrance door. I found it difficult to work it, i.e. to remove the key from it when the door lock was in a locked position. (I am not good with locks.) As such I only closed the door all the time behind me and didn't lock. The area seemed safe enough and it was. Climbing the stairs to the apartment didn't bother me because I am still fit.

Great apartment in a very good location-a few steps from Via Atenea, close to the train and bus stations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. It has the necessary equipment. I'd be happy to return there. I heartily recommend it!

An impossible place to find! High on a rock, a very difficult climb, tiny streets, impossible walkways, dangerous drivers. Seniors forget about this place! No one will help you, even the people who could have driven me up, or warn me to take a taxi. Climb or die🥺.
