This penthouse apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station. It is beautifully decorated and furnished, very spacious and has a large balcony. There are two very good shower rooms, a well appointed kitchen that is open plan into the dining room g and lounge area. The two double bedrooms are large and very comfortable with good wardrobe space. The apartment has an ironing board and iron, hairdryers and a washing machine. There is everything you need in the kitchen. There are also 2 single rooms. The location is great, a short walk from the seafront. I was very impressed with the level of communication from the host. The check in is done through obtaining the keys from a locked box. You just need to watch the video before you get there so you know what to do. We flew in to Genoa airport and booked a private transfer for the 4 of us through Vitalux transfers. I cannot recommend them highly enough- you agree your price and pay in advance. Excellent service. It was 3 flights up, which was a bit difficult for my parents.

overall very good and comfortable. done for an air b&b type of home with few things missing here and there.

no elevator (apartment is on the 3 rd floor) and parking away from the home
