I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The listing presents itself as a hotel-style accommodation, but in reality, it is a shared apartment. This was not clearly stated in the description, and that lack of transparency created confusion and frustration from the moment we arrived. The biggest issue was the complete lack of privacy. We were expecting a private hotel room experience, but instead we found ourselves sharing common areas with other guests. The walls are thin, noise travels easily, and there is very little sense of personal space. For travelers who value comfort, relaxation, and privacy, this setup is far from ideal. The description should clearly state that this is a shared apartment, not a hotel or private unit. If we had known this in advance, we would have chosen a different place. It’s not about the concept itself—shared apartments can work well for some people—but it must be communicated honestly and clearly so guests can make an informed decision. Additionally, the overall experience felt uncomfortable because of the shared environment. Using the kitchen and common spaces required constant coordination, which made it hard to truly relax. It did not meet our expectations based on how the property was advertised. I strongly recommend that the host updates the listing to clearly state that this is a shared apartment. Transparency is essential in hospitality. Unfortunately, due to the lack of privacy and misleading description, this stay was not a good experience for us.

No privacy

Location was excellent. The cleaners had done an incredible job. All of the facilities were new and modern. The view from the SHARED living area of the square was lovely.

It was not clear that this bedroom was in a unit that was shared with others. Unfortunately when we arrived we were were shown to our Delux King room by the staff. We unpacked and settled in. Whilst I was in the shower a man was at the door. The other guests, which I didn’t realise were sharing the apartment had arrived and we were in their room. It was very uncomfortable. We changed rooms. The delux king room is a very small room with a queen bed. Limited area to move around the room and difficult to get things in and out of wardrobe. The window faces out to a courtyard that other tenants use for storage. It was very claustrophobic. Certainly not delux.
