设施、服务。I was quite disappointed with this hotel for several reasons. First, the bathroom has no wet-dry separation, and the door opens outward, which makes privacy very poor when sharing the room with others. Second, the toilet does not have a heated seat. I’m not sure if this is common in Kyoto, but in Osaka this was standard, so this felt like a downgrade. Third, I booked this hotel two weeks in advance, but the price dropped significantly just 2–3 days before my stay. I asked for a price adjustment, but the hotel refused. This makes early booking feel meaningless. Overall, for the price (around 600–700 RMB per night during the off-season), this place is overpriced. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels in Osaka with much better quality. I would not stay here again.
