AEA Perfect Stay 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The kitchen is a dream— beautifully designed and fully equipped with all the appliances you could ask for. Cooking here was a joy! The host was exceptional: welcoming,and always ready to help with anything we need. The space was spotless, stylish and thoughtfully arranged. It truly felt like home away from home. I give this place a solid 10 out of 10, and I’ll definitely be coming back to book the same spot again. Highly recommended!!

Location is good, 30 minutes of walking from the historical centre (I think it’s still the closest to city centre by cost location)
IEThis is a perfect self-catering apartment for exploring Almaty. It’s located in a very nice neighbourhood close to lots of shops, restaurants and other amenities. It is very clean and well-kept. I would recommend it to anyone. Unlike many apartment stays it is also located just one short flight of stairs from ground level so would suit older people, or a couple with small child.
Really a great apartment - could do with an extra saucepan and bowls to maximise the ability to cook, and the cash security deposit system (see property rules) could be more easily managed through the booking website.
GBReally useful location for this fully self-contained unit. The aprtment is secure and has a functioning aircon unit for the extremely hot days/night. Very modern room with plenty of storage space. Host was available whenever needed via whatsapp.
Only slight downer is the lack of natural light into the apartment, probably due to it being a ground floor unit. People with mobility issues should also be aware the mattress is on the floor, but this is indicated clearly on booking.com.
