Extremely disappointing stay. The moment I opened the door, there was a strong unpleasant smell and visible dust throughout the unit. The overall cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. The refrigerator was filled with leftover condiments, half-finished drinks, and oil stains. The bathroom still had used toothpaste and toiletries from previous guests. There were worn clothes left inside the wardrobe, and even a used kettle inside the kitchen drawer. This is completely unacceptable and does not meet basic hygiene standards. When I raised the issue, the staff was unprofessional and rude. At around 8:00 PM, I was told to go to a nearby hotel instead of being offered a proper solution. A refund was verbally promised, but after that my messages were read and ignored, with no further response. This experience reflects very poor management and service standards. I strongly urge the management to take responsibility and improve both cleanliness control and customer service.

W apartament głośny w nocy: słychać hałas z ulicy, światła, muzyka z knajp do późna. Nie można było spać. Problem też z czystością w łazience, na kanapie pełno okruchów.
