Pas d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours!! Chambre sans fenètre.... La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour notre retour à l'aéroport qui n'est pas arrivé, en avons arrêter dans la rue.

Finally a hostel where you come and feel good.. people are open and talkative, not trying to avoid conversations as in other places

The price was the best I found in Merida. The dorm beds were fine with privacy curtains and power outlets in air-conditioned rooms. The outside common areas were nice.

Smelly bathrooms sometimes with no toilet paper, no soap, or a broken seat. Showers with no soap and no hooks or shelves to put clothes and towel while showering. Very slow laundry service (>24h). Cheap DIY breakfast with nothing but waffle mix and a single waffle making machine and nothing to put on the waffles… Also, when I extended my stay, they would still change the code on me without telling me so I couldn't get in (this happened twice).
