USThe location is prime. It’s convenient to walk to all the best shops and restaurants in Mazunte and two beaches while being in a quiet and safe area. There is even a convenience store just down the hill on the way to town. The owner was ultra-responsive to our questions and needs. The king bed is super comfortable with high quality pillows and linens. There is good lighting and great shower pressure with hot water. The refrigerator and hot water kettle were a plus. The layout is spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage for organizing your things, double sinks, two bar chairs and a bench for sitting, and a drying rack. The fan and mini-split a/c kept the place perfectly cool and dry. You will love the shade and cool breeze on the balcony, and the double ocean views from the private rooftop terrace and pool are impressive.
Beach towels are not provided.

CABeautiful new cabañas with a peek a boo view of the Ocean, extremely quiet, away from the hustle and bustle from the town. Very peaceful.
We rented the room with no AC which was no problem, Good crossventilstion and fans. The downside to that is, the room is not sealed at all. The only way to escape the mosquitos which were pretty bad are under the net or bugspray. The access up a very steep dirt road, pitch dark at night might be a challenge for some people walking or driving. A couple of comfortable chairs would make a big difference. They should not advertise the rooftop pool in the listing as it is only accessible for 1 unit.

ESThe cabaña with the private rooftop pool is amazing! We had the best time, the views from the bed and from the rooftop are incredible. Also, the design of the cabaña is really beautiful and simple! We would reccomend it and come back for sure!
