VIVA Formosa Lofts

The location is very convenient, next to Bolhao market and a short walk to the river. The property was modern and very clean and communication with the host was excellent, very responsive. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen facilities were very good.

The only minor suggestion for improvement would be if a chest of drawers could be incorporated to store clothes. However, this would not prevent me from staying here again or recommending the property to others visiting Porto.

La posizione nel centro della città. La vicinanza del supermercato. L'arredamento. Il caffè!!!!! C'è davvero tutto dalla lavatrice al tostapane.

Tutto perfetto, ma vista l'ambizione della location io farei trovare due bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo a completare al 100% il servizio.

Todo, muy bien, la ubicación, la tranquilidad, el diseño y decoración del apartamento con mucho gusto. La armonía y colocación de las luces. La cama, grande y muy cómoda.

No me gustó que el WC se atascaba y del extractor del baño entraban olores de comida del apartamento de arriba. Tampoco me gustó no ver a nadie que nos atendiera. Vale que es muy cómodo que te den unas claves de apertura de puertas pero nos hubiese gustado un recibimiento.

The apartment was clean and modern, just as it appears in the photos. The space was quiet and the location was central - close to a taxi stand, tourist sites, and a subway station. It was very convenient and comfortable.

A couple of times when we were coming to and fro the apartment on our last day, the front door to the building (which is usually locked with a code) was left ajar. This was likely an accident - but could raise a safety issue as there is no onsite staff or security. That being said, we never felt unsafe.
