Troppe cose da mettere a posto soprattutto nelle aree comuni con il caldo estivo.

La posizione dell'affittacamere è perfetta a 2 passi dal centro, le camere sono di nuova ristrutturazione e soddisfano tutti i bisogni possibili. Il self check in comodissimo

Parto dicendo che la cucina è poco attrezzata, con pochissimi utensili per cucinare e che andrebbe dato un occhio in più alla pulizia delle camere (soprattutto sotto i letti). Un fatto sconvolgente è stato che un turista che soggiornava nella camera accanto alla nostra in piena notte è riuscito attraverso il PIN della nostra camera ad entrare. Ora la domanda è lecita: o è stato un genio che in una serie di 10 numeri abbia beccato la combinazione perfetta oppure l'host è stato abbastanza incosciente da mettere 3 PIN uguali a tutte le camere. Non lo dico per il fatto che ci ha svegliati in piena notte, lo dico per un fattore di sicurezza, fosse stato un malintenzionato magari avrebbe potuto (nel momento in cui non si era in camera) rubare le nostre valigie o effetti personali. È inutile mettere una telecamera nel corridoio quando poi le porte hanno tutte lo stesso PIN.

Comfortable stay, helpful host, very close to the historical centre. Absolutely loved it.

Good location, near the old city and city center. There's a train station probably 15 minutes away by walking. The room was a bit small and cramped but we didn't mind since we only stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and cozy. Since we arrived really early in the morning we could leave our luggage in the apartment and explore the city before it was time to check-in.

It took us a while to turn on the AC. For some reason, it didn't want to cool the room under 23 degrees. The city tax has to be paid in cash and you have to leave it in the room. That was a little bit strange, because somebody could take the money, so I didn't feel comfortable with this payment method. My friend and I got a queen sized bed and one blanket. The blanket could've been bigger, because we were fighting for the blanket during the night.

Clean, modern and great location! Also very affordable!

Wall in bathroom was a bit moldy, there was no washing machine as stated in the description.

Location 10! Easy to find, free parking places in the street. Quiet, good air conditioner, supermercato, lots of food corners in 1 min.

Bed was not very stable, broken wardrobe, no shelves. But for short stay was ok.

It is very modern in great condition. Could possibly be uni accommodation. It is literally across the road from the old city - brilliant! Parking was on street locally no cost

As the facade is very old, it doesn’t give any clues to the modern refurb behind the door. The AC unit BBC was a little noisy
