베니스에서 가장 큰 마트가 앞에 위치 하고 있습니다. 숙소는 아주 깨끗하고 호스트는 친절합니다. 시설은 아주 신식이고 아주아주 깨끗하고 조식에 대한 배려도 완벽합니다. 흠잡을 데 없습니다. 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착해서 캐리어를 맡기고 맞은편의 맥도날드에서 화장실을 이용할 수 있었습니다. 필요한 물건은 그 옆의 마트에서 구매할 수 있습니다.

The host is super nice and welcoming, kind to provide any information with smile, the hotel contains everything a traveler would/might need-kitchen with big fridge, coffee machine, microwave, forks and knives, plates… also welcoming biscuits on the table in the kitchen. The room is excellent which has view of the city and great atmosphere . SUPER CLEAN-which is amazing!!! Love this place and so sad couldn’t stay for more nights…definitely will come back if got any chance!! Ps the host even prove a makeup remover tissue in the bathroom! Soooo nice and thoughtful

NA-everything is WONDERFUL

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you needed. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and I loved having a breakfast at the balcony. A special thank you to Maria, she is a truly outstanding host!

Everything was great — getting to Venice was easy, with the bus right in front of the apartment. Inside, it was very clean, and the host was extremely friendly. A perfect place to stay near Venice.

Short walking distance to bus stop to access airport and Venice.

Felt a little uneasy walking around the neighborhood at night.

Maria was excellent at communicating all the details and providing additional recommendations during our stay. She went above and beyond with hosting my family. Highly recommend staying at her home. Easily accessible from Venice Mestre train station and the bus to Venezia is only 100 metres from the apartment.

Booking.com mis-translated the title description from Italian to English incorrectly which led to a misunderstanding of what the booking offered. In English it stated ‘Double room with private bathroom’. There is only one room with a private bathroom available.
