Perfectly clean. Beds comfortable. Building & furniture - new & modern. WiFi - great. Location - 10 minutes walk trough the park to the city centre. Surrounded with a few stores. Some very good taverns are on the walking distance. Next to the Campus of the University.

The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the accommodation was pleasant. Great place for one night or longer stay. Best accomodation in Niš.
