Прекрасное расположение в самом центре Будвы. При этом никакого шума,. Вид с балкона - готовая фотография на память. Аппартаменты чистые, удобные, на 5 этаже, все необходимое есть. Магазины, пляж, старая крепость - все рядом.

Не плохо было бы на кухне добавить микроволновку

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji. Veoma ljubazni domaćini. Terasa da predivnim pogledom idealno za jutarnju kafu. Čisto i udobno.

Все условия созданы для хорошего отдыха.Современная ,чистая квартира со всеми удобствами в центре Будвы.Пляж,набережная,торговый центр,старый город,рестораны все рядом.Отдельной благодарности заслуживает хозяйка,она всегда на связи и готова помочь.

Maria is a wonderful host who has created a truly lovely home in an excellent location. The apartment was perfectly equipped, and everything was fully functional. Appliances included: Electric water heater Kettle Electric stove Quite large (yet half-size) fridge Washing machine Iron Hair dryer TV and internet 2 air conditioners (1 in living room, 1 in the bedroom) The apartment consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room, one bedroom, and a spacious, comfortable bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed that easily accommodates two additional guests, as well as a dining table set. There is also a balcony attached to the living room. However, since the AC unit is located on the balcony floor, it can get too warm to sit outside while the AC is running — but honestly, we never really felt the need to use the balcony. (besides the need to get the tovels dry) There is strong internet connection in the apartment. Maria had thoughtfully left us water and snacks in the fridge — such a kind gesture! We also found tea, coffee, dish soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and other household necessities readily available. The building (a hotel residence) offers paid parking — I didn’t ask the exact price, but I assume it’s around €25 per night. There are a few parking areas nearby as well, though summer prices tend to be expensive (around €1.5–2 per hour). I ended up parking in a spot Maria recommended, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment — it was hassle-free.

The only downside — and this is about the building, not the apartment — was that although there are two elevators, one of them was out of service during our stay. There’s a rooftop club in the building, and especially in the evenings, it gets quite busy with both residents and outside guests coming and going. As a result, long wait times for the only working elevator became common, which was understandably frustrating for everyone

The apartment is exactly as in the photo. Very clean apartment, linen, this is important for us because we are traveling with a small child. A cot was installed for us free of charge. Air conditioning in each room, spacious bathroom, everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are several paid city parking lots near the building. Comfortable communication, the hostess is always in touch. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great apartment. Very central, spacious and immaculately clean. Right in town centre and a very short walk to beaches and old town. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice apartments, very clean, snow-white bed linen, everything you need and no extra unnecessary things. The location is in the very center, many shops nearby. I really liked the view from the terrace to the sea and the old town. Thank you very much for the welcome! We will definitely come back!
