Location, size of rooms. Also air conditioning Is very useful.

There was only small fridge and microwave (but no plates) + outside rest area is not private, but for many people.

The room was bright and cheery in decor. An old building but very updated room and well maintained. Nice private bath. Great location to a main area of the old city center.

The property was wonderful , but we drove in by car early evening and the public parking structure close by was in a very sketchy, heavily littered and filthy area. It felt very unsafe carrying our luggage to the property.

Good location, with parking nearby and close to the ortigia. The room is in a quiet location. Keys are in a locker so it's a self check-in.

Breakfast was dissaponting. It would be best to say it didn't have breakfast, because it's just a couple of stuff bought in the supermarket and left in the room. Small shower make it hard to take a shower for taller/larger people.

All was so nice and very comfortable. The host was nice and the room was so well equiped. Better than in the pictures

I search for a place with parking, when I arrived the parking was in the street.

there is no window to outside in the room but when we open the door then come the sun light
