Illyria Hotel

Lo staff è molto gentile, sono stati molto carini nei nostri confronti, la signora delle pulizie era davvero carina e ci lasciava sempre la camera pulitissima ! Ti offrono sempre qualcosa da bere e sono disposti a fare 4 chiacchiere, il titolare nonostante tutto ci è sembrato molto simpatico.

A metà vacanza siamo SCAPPATI e l’hotel ha cancellato la nostra prenotazione e cercato di prendersi altri soldi dalla nostra carta ! Noi abbiamo prenotato dal 11.08.25 al 21.08.25, abbiamo pagato con la carta appena arrivati, siamo andati via dall’esasperazione il 18.08.25, dopo aver comunicato allo staff e al titolare la nostra decisione e chiudesti un rimborso per i giorni che non avremmo usufruito ma ci hanno detto che non si poteva. al 19.08.25 Booking mi ha mandato una e-mail dicendo che l’hotel stava cercando di prelevare altri soldi dalla mia carta perché avevano CANCELLATO la mia prenotazione indicando che non mi ero mai presentata. Ad oggi 07.09.2025 sto segnalando questa situazione a Booking perché è unas truffa nei nostri confronti! Infatti loro stessi mi hanno consigliato di bloccare la carta che ho utilizzato per evitare che mi prendano dei soldi! Sto scrivendo questa recensione perché Booking mi ha mandato il link per poterlo fare! La struttura per paura che io raccontassi la nostra esperienza ha tirato su questo questo cinema e ha cercato anche di prendersi altri soldi ! Queste sono le motivazioni per le quali non abbiamo concluso il soggiorno prima del previsto: L’hotel è ancora in fase di costruzione, quindi la mattina si potevano sentire i rumori dei lavori , la reception e la sala dove mangiare erano in un unico ambiente, gli orari della cena ci aveva detto che erano dalle 19 alle 21, a qualunque orario scendessimo ( anche alle 19 precise) il cibo era quasi sempre freddo, abbiamo parlato anche con il titolare ma non abbiamo risolto molto.

Am avut o experiență minunată la acest hotel! Personalul este extrem de amabil și profesionist, mereu zâmbitor și gata să ajute prompt. Curățenia în cameră a fost impecabilă, realizată zilnic, iar spațiul modern și îngrijit. Personalul oferă condiții de înaltă calitate. Micul dejun este foarte gustos, în special preparatele dulci pregătite proaspăt în fiecare dimineață. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și recomandăm cu toată încrederea!

Nu a fost absolut nimic sa nu ne placa.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The dinners were large and tasty. And it was fun to laugh at how awful the experience was after all.

Because it wasn’t a hotel at the true sense of the word. It was a rented floor in the residential house without a proper reception. It was a fake hotel just as were the reviews on booking - generated by AI. The shower didn’t have a wall dividing it from toilet and the water was leaking everywhere. The bathroom stank consistantly. The lamp wasnt working and there were small undone works or faults to be found in the whole room and building.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass wir sogar die Ersten in unseren Zimmer gewesen sein könnten. Es war nur wenig Personal da, aber die waren so bemüht, wie ich es noch nicht erlebt habe. Das Frühstück war auch nicht 08/15, es gab sogar ganz frisch frittiertes süßes Hefegebäck.

Am sehr neuen Hotel werden offensichtlich noch weitere Baumaßnahmen durchgeführt. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es deshalb gerade im ganzen Hotel kein Wasser. Um das Hotel herum sieht es noch nach Baustelle aus, viel Schotter...

Osoblje jako ljubazno,predivni i jako srdačni, hrana predivna i jako ukusna,sve je bilo izvrsno! Cista 10-ka za sve!

A legjobb ahol eddig megszálltunk. A személyzet nagyon aranyosak a legjobbak csak jót tudok róluk mondani. Nehéz szívvel hagytuk ott, nagyon. A szìvünkhez nőttek, de egyszer mindennek vége. Lehet hogy még vissza térünk.

The entire hotel, including the rooms were modern and clean with cleaning and sheet changes everyday. The location was not the closest to neither the main beaches or the old town but it was a comfortable walk away from all the main sites. The staff and hospitality of the staff were by far the highlight of the stay, always willing to help and assist with any issue. The food was amazing and freshly made with a home cooked feel. Dishes were regional but other options could be requested, with the meals being balanced, nutritious and very tasty!

Location can be a slight disadvantage.
