L’appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, est très propre et parfaitement conforme aux photos, qui reflètent bien la réalité. L’accompagnement de Mme Loubna a été exemplaire : professionnelle, disponible et toujours à l’écoute pour répondre à toutes nos demandes.

Le seul point que j’ai moins apprécié concerne l’éclairage du parking au sous-sol, insuffisant surtout la nuit. Cela dit, ce point ne relève pas de la responsabilité de la propriétaire.

There was a construction ongoing behind the building and I couldn't sleep. They didnt tell me about that .. its just ruined my trip was a really bad experience

Liked the location, and disliked the lack of maintenance. The air conditioning did not work for heat, the shower spout was pointing in the wrong direction (this was fixed on the third day) there was no shower curtain so water went everywhere. The vanity unit was unusuable. One balcony door could not be locked.

host is very responsive and quite helpful. I arrived later than expected and she even checked on me to make sure I’m safe. she also gave me a ride to clinic. location is good with supermarket just downstairs. comfy room setup. fully equipped including with washing machine. Host also very kindly agreed to delay my checkout for an hour.

wifi broke down after 2 days which is extremely frustrating because I needed to attend work calls but it simply just did not work. in the end I had to purchase expensive international roaming data last minute which turned out to be more expensive than the room price. thankfully host sent someone to fix it within the day. Someone broke in with key without my knowledge, not to mention consent. As I’m a solo female traveller, it makes me feel very unsafe, especially after having been stalked in the city two days in a row prior to that. construction outside and renovation upstairs, which is very noisy during the day, making sleeping in or working very difficult. shower head was broken and it would do better with a shower curtain to prevent water from splashing outside and making the floor slippery.

The accommodation is clean, has everything you need, all the shops are nearby and the host is exceptionally helpful.

Lack of utensils n the apartment itself is not in a gud clean bright place. Though the property has a balcony it does not have a gud view, al u can see is the other surrounding flats n the back of the building. The kitchen needs more utensils, if u want to cook

The Apartment is new & has everything you need for short or long stay..kitchen equipment, utensils, dining table, very comfortable salon & bedroom, very good bathroom & balcony..wifi is also working very well & t.v, utube netflix to relax..the location is big plus if you want to live within walking distance to the new city or the train station. CTM, & Suprabuses are very near, but its also manageable to also walk to the Medina, &taxi is only a couple of dollars at most. Supermarket i(Carrefour)is right next to the building & the Hosts are very friendly , was easy to meet & greet for initial formalities/keys, & easy to communicate about anything such as checkin for flight @4:00a.m. This was solved how to return the keys @ 3:00a.m, with the bonus of Taxi contact details, but actually it wasn't an issue, because.Marrakech there are Taxi all night. The apartment has climate control if/when you need it. Overall this is great place, & my stay was Superb

Nothing anyone could complain about at all, except my one small activity at home is; i like to cook when i've kitchen especially in Morocco as well, & using an oven, & so for me personally an oven proof dish would be useful, but not for everyone...there is tajine dish, frying pans, small cooking pot, & so i improvised my style,overall though this Apartment is a hidden Gem
