GBLocation was great right in the heart of the town. View from balcony was stunning. Owner lives next door and was on hand if required though we didn’t need to. Lovely area to explore or soak up sun.
Four flights of stairs up to apartment so may not be suitable for everyone but was fine for us. WIFI was not great

AUthe location right above the town and 1 minute from marina the balcony with million dollar views looking out over the city and again marina the view from your bedroom and dining room it’s walking distance from Covo de Nord beach (amazing)15 minute boat trip to Portifino 30 boat ride to San Fruttoso (great little spot with an old Abbey) and a 20 paraggi beach ( exclusive )

A hair dryer would have been useful but generally very good indeed. The stairs were challenging but staff very helpful with taking luggage up.
USTEA was overlooking the park in the middle of Santa Margherita and the beautiful ocean could be seen with no obstacles from the deck. There was a spring festival complete with a marching band that went right past the deck and fireworks in the park. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. Taxis were available to take you from the train to the apartment. TEA was clean, had several beds, a small kitchen, tv, and nice shower. The host was there when we arrived and made us feel right at home.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with many, many stairs. This was difficult with luggage and age. The only thing missing in this apartment was a lift.
