・駅や商業施設から近い。 ・ハンガーに加えて大きなピンチハンガーも用意されていて、掃除機もあり、家に居るかのように不自由しなかった。 ・大きくて使いやすい洗面台、脱衣所や台所の広さも余裕があり、よい間取りだった。 ・床や机など、大事なところはとても綺麗に掃除されていて、居心地が良かった。 ・子どもが足音を立ててしまい、真下の階がピラティススタジオなのがありがたかった。 ・チェックインもチェックアウトも非常にスムーズだった。

・大きな道に面しているので夜間の走行音がすごかった。 ・洗濯機は埃も全くなく綺麗に見えたが、洗ってみたら海苔のようなゴミが付いた。槽洗浄したらたくさん汚れが浮いたのでびっくりした。(毎日宿泊客がいたら確かになかなか洗浄できないだろうと思ったので、いい教訓になった。) ・暖房をつけたら31度設定になっていたが、実際効きがイマイチだった。

Great location, just a few minutes from the Ropponmatsu station. Washer worked great, the drying function of the bath dried clothes quickly. Bedding and towels were clean.

There were initially some issues with surface cleanliness (counter, fridge, floors) but the staff were able to remedy this quickly.
