Belgrade apartment Bulevar

The room was big and spotlessly clean, with attractive decorations. The host was friendly and communicative. There were great facilities. The area was nice (I especially loved having an inexpensive bakery right outside the door that had great burek and seemed to be always open). The internet was extremely fast and stable. I had one day where I had about 8 hours of Zoom meeting that I needed to attend, and thankfully the internet never faltered. The desk chair was also comfortable.

The cigarette smell was very strong. It was obvious that the room had been thoroughly cleaned and aired out, but the smell of smoke really permeated soft surfaces, like the mattress. I needed to use my asthma medication a lot because of this, though after two days my body stopped being so reactive. People who are sensitive to cigarette smoke should be aware of this, but otherwise I found the accommodation to be excellent, especially considering the reasonable price and the fantastic internet.

Odlična lokacija, stan je odličan imao je sve što je potrebno. Nalazi se na odličnoj lokaciji gdje je sve dostupno. Blizina cetra grada i svega što se u Beogradu treba vidjeti. Stan je u prizemlju pa je jedino to možda malo problem nekom, ali meni osobno nije smetalo. Uglavnom Nikola je divan domaćin i ovaj stan je za svaku preporuku.

Sve je bilo super, bez zamjerke. Lokacija odlicna, kao i sam raspored apartmana.

The flat is very well located. Close to the tram stop and within walking distance of many of the tourist attractions. I spent one week in this property in Belgrade, and it was perfect. The flat has everything you may need, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave and a fridge. There is also a TV with cable in the kitchen and bedroom to watch the news. Communication with the owner was easy.

The hospitality was outstanding! Nikolai was incredibly helpful and always available when needed. The apartment is cozy, the location is excellent. I absolutely recommend this place!

Nikola is very proactive, helpful and friendly. He reached out to me way before the trip dates to see how he could make my stay better and I got extra supplies. The apartment is neat and clean, cozy, strategically located, very close to the famous Nicholas Tesla Museum and to restaurants, stores and famous national sites. It was altogether a great experience and it truly felt like home away from home at this apartment
