The apartment is bright, spacious, and well-equipped (including a microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, as well as plenty of towels, snacks, coffee, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies if needed). Everything was new and worked well so we were more than comfortable with no complaints. In fact, the apartment is more beautiful than the pictures! The location is perfect, a short walk from the main tourist spots and located on a tributary of the Adige River in a quiet neighborhood. The large balcony was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view of the water and trees. Restaurants and a grocery store are found nearby. The owner, Isabell, was very kind and helpful. When we arrived we had forgotten to bring electrical adapters for U.S. plugs so she found an electronic store and called us a cab since we had only an hour before the store closed. Then she made sure that we had a taxi to the train station the day we left. She responded quickly on WhatsApp to any questions we had. This was truly one of the nicest apartments we have ever rented and we'd love to return someday!

Fantastic, responsive host, very clean and spacious apartment with fast internet, easy access to local bus and nice pantry items, e.g. coffee. Modern! Lovely balcony overlooking the little river and mountains. Beautiful!

Problem with heating but seemed to be due to unexpected ,early cold weather. Climate change.

Isabella was absolutely lovely! She met us, gave us lots of useful information and couldn't have been nicer. The apartment was excellent!

Very new spacious apartment, the balcony and the view are amazing

The apartment was clean and modern and had all we needed for our stay. The balcony was large and had a beautiful view to the mountains. There was a good bus connection to the city center near by. I can reconmend this place to anyone visiting Trento.

Really comfortable and spacious. Great living area with comfortable seating. Light and airy, pleasant balcony. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Very pleasant and responsive host who met us on site and explained everything. It's a little out of the centre, but the space and facilities make it worth the walk!

Clean, airy, light and comfortable. Unusually large spaces, including a balcony. Very helpful host. Very little or no street noise. Fast wifi, (but no cable tv)

Booking.com was VERY slow forwarding my email messages to the host. Not her fault, but Booking.com really let me (and the host) down in this regard. The apartment is outside the historic centre. A bit uncomfortable to walk in mid summer when temperatures are in the 30's. Definitely not an easy walk from the station. Area around the apartment itself is very pleseant.

I liked the apartment overall it was a nice location, the host was exceptional she helped with everything and every question,. The house was fabulous very clean.
