The host did not fulfill the accommodation agreement.

Super central (in the middle of Brescia), very clean, spacious and quiet - Viviana was super lovely and here for anything I needed.

Everything. Few hours prior the arrive the host texted me saying they will provide a different apartment. With such a short notice I didn’t have the chance to look for something else. As agreed with Viviana, I arrived at the apartment around 4pm, I phoned her several times to open the door remotely, however she didn’t reply. I managed to get inside only after I asked the neighbours to open the main gate. Absolutely unprofessional! Of course the apartment was older than the one advertised, kitchen sink basically was broken, poor pressure in the shower and leaking everywhere. Bad experience

The apartment I booked online was different from the one they took me too.

When I confronted the apartment hotel staff about the situation asking her about the hotel I had booked online. The staff (Viviana) asked me to leave the hotel if I don't like it because the one I had booked two days earlier was occupied by someone else.

The stay was horrible, they spoiled my vacation ... I could not sleep from the cold that was in the room and I had to be inside the bed with the clothes. It is an apartment with the door facing the street and in the middle of winter it was cold as a fridge ... the air that was supposed to come out hot did not come out hot that is to say that it was as if there was nothing. I wrote to the accommodation to provide me with a heater or something to be able to sleep and they were not able to answer the phone or a single message. I hope this will not happen to anyone else and ruin your stay because people pay to have a place to be comfortable to sleep and not an unpleasant place to not be able to rest. NOT RECOMMENDED !
