阳台没有打扫干净，有很多泥土和树叶。 临近马路边比较吵杂，隔音不太好。

Beautiful place. Everything was very nicely presented. Beautiful linen, appliances, and furniture. Great walking distance to wanaka

Would have been easier to get a key out of a lock box at the property rather than picking and dropping the key off from another location otherwise perfect

Central location and easy to get around the area of Wanaka.

Unfortunately the neighbours of the other units believe the car parks are for themselves only and can be quite rude and have no hesitation in using bad language . Leaves you feeling let down and insulted for doing nothing wrong! You need to put signs up informing where guests can park to avoid the insults we received.

Reception need to actually specify the unit number

A very comfortable and cozy apartment that is furnished to a high standard. It’s walking distance to downtown Wānaka.

Very overpriced for the lack of basic necessities. Paid AUD$800- a night and we were told owners did not provide body wash, shampoo etc. The deck is covered in cobwebs and the apartment was too hot with winter doonas provided in the height of Summer and no fans available. There was no dishwasher powder but it’s expected guests use the machine on exit! The washing machine had unclear instructions so difficult to use. There appears a real lack of care, overall, a very disappointing experience considering the price.
