The location is very attractive as it lies in the center of the market where fortunately eatables are easily approachable.

The hotel charged above 2.5k for a standard room per day providing no room cleaning service regularly, just a Rs.3 medimix soap for bathing, no toothpaste or brush was provided which an OYO even does these days, no complimentary breakfast even after charging a handsome amount for a standard room.

The only good part about this hotel is the location. It's in the center with close by markets, temple and ghats. All the good eateries are also walking distance.

It's not clean at all. Even when you ask them to clean, they'll just do superficial cleaning without changing the bedsheets, towels or anything. The staff is extremely rude, will knock on your door five times a day for room service payment, despite asking them to add on tab everything. They'll try to snoop in your room. The bedsheets and towels had few holes as well. One noteworthy thing - please keep your belongings safe. We informed the main desk that we're checking out. We had not checked out and were taking out our luggage. The night manager(thin, Bengali guy with specs) told the room service guy to go to our room and see if he finds something. I caught the guy red handed taking minor cash and my niece's toys. We had a fight and he refused to accept his mistake saying this is common practice.
