Near airport

Staff supper unprofessional. It's not them but their superiors I assume. The room didn't have spoons. We asked for extra. The cleaner had to come and check whether we were tellingn the truth, can you imagine? And they didn't bring other spoons as requested. Same for towels. We were 6 people and had only 1 towel. Have never seen a more unprofessional staff that this one ... Again it's not their fault (as they are uneducated, untrained people). It's their superiors who have no clue what customer service is.

I don’t remember actually how many times I stayed in this place, more than i can count i believe… It’s comfy, cozy and feels like home to me. The customer service is top notch! They’re always around to help me accommodate my stay.
