not the cleanest, especially in the bathroom, breakfast was not the best (not a lot varied)

The staff does not speak English. Due to the early departure, they refused to give breakfast with them. They did not help with calling a taxi to get to the station
ITReception smells badly of cigarettes. That goes to the breakfast area. Really bad. The breakfast is limited, to a place in Reggio Emilia you would expect at least a good cheese. I asked to turn on the AC in my room, the receptionist told me that "you don't need it" - and I couldn't turn it on..

Stay away from this place.. I asked non smoking room but they have such, the rooms smells like hell. I asked the reception for another room and they wouldn't help with it, they gave me deodorant spray to use in the room! . It was a noisy night since working ladies were around all the night through. So, think twice before you book this "3 star hotel" - there are much better places around Reggio Emilia..
