Lovely location. Lovely layout and view from the kitchen. Super cozy. Great idea with all the windows upstairs to look at the lagoon. Great to go during off peak season, so quiet; it felt like we had the whole lagoon to ourselves.

It took some getting used to having the bathrooms downstairs but it wasnt a deal breaker at all. Some more of the bottom branches of the trees on the lagoon side of the house should be trimmed to get a better view. Not sure if i missed it but i was hoping for a tumble-dryer as i had to wash my clothes. It took long to dry with the weather we had.

The booking process was quick and efficient. I received confirmation and a quick response from Sascha (the host) with contact details for for Colleen who was my local contact. Colleen was very efficient and readily available for any questions we had. The house is really lovely and well looked after... very comfortable with electric blankets for cold nights :) which was great. The house is within walking distance of the lagoon & beach and close to shops, golf course and surf spot. There is also a folder with information on restaurants (incl. menus) which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Sascha & Colleen for a really fabulous week in Stilbaai! We will definitely be back!!

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Exceptionally well appointed and comfortable.

We were welcomed by the friendly host Colleen. The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. We visited during a cold and wet period so appreciated the electric blankets, fireplace in the bedroom and the fireplace/braai in the living area. We really loved the space, and hope to visit again in Summer.

Beautiful property, short walk to the lagoon! Kids loved the tree house! Would have liked something around the top of the slide for the little one, bit of a scary drop there but otherwise we loved it!
