We had a pleasant enough stay. The host was very communicative via whatsapp and showed us how to access the property through a video, they also had a coffee machine and cookies and water available for us to use daily.

Unfortunately the room while quite clean (they hire a daily cleaner) was full of flies when we arrived and the shower did not heat up as well as the water did not drain. I would have rated the stay higher but when I reached out to the host during our stay about the cold shower they never got back to me (they claim they came to check the boiler and we must have been turning the dial the wrong way (spoiler-we were not...the water warms up to just above glacial if turned)...a message to let us know and help troubleshoot would have been nice) The real issue was the attitude when I reached out regarding compensation - since we (and our toddler) were unable to shower during our stay- I was accused of lying to get a refund since "no one else in the building complained" great! But IN OUR UNIT the shower was cold and the drain was plugged so water quickly built up when running at risk of overflowing. And when we mentioned it no one came to check. Very sad for the amount we spent per night.
