location is perfect and everything is close by.

The room is absolutely beautiful, the bed is really comfortable, it's a 10min walk from the main attractions, the host is really accommodating.

The breakfast is only cakes and biscuits, could be better.

This was the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. The floors, the ceilings... it's a must for art history lovers or architecture fans. Also it's quiet at night and during the day. And it's centrally located with lots of sights and restaurants within walking distance. I can't wait to come back!

There's no elevator so pack light, haha. The pillows are rather firm. But this place is so charming these things don't matter.

The place is located perfectly to explore Palermo completely on foot. There’s also many options to eat and drink nearby. Our room was absolutely beautiful and spacious, yet modern equipped. It was also furnished accordingly to the style, so you can feel the ancient grandeur of this place. Contact with the staff was very easy and friendly, we felt very welcome. We can only recommend it without any compromises. Just note: If you have a room on the side of the street, be aware that it’s in an area, where people tend to be out longer in the night and pass by the place, especially on weekends. If you like it absolutely quiet, you might want to choose a room to the backyard.

Well maintained, friendly staff, central location, charming decor

Bars in the street below were very noisy until 2 or 3 a.m. followed by garbage trucks picking up the bottles in the early morning -- more noise. Not the hotel's fault, of course. Earplugs are essential if you want to sleep.
