This little gem is not to be missed. At least: if you are looking for a beach destination without crowds. It must be one of the last non developed spots on this side of the Mexican coast. However, be realistic. Hidden gems like this require you to be able to leave some of your daily comforts at home. If you do you will be able to enjoy this paradise to the max. The beach is clean (cleaned daily) and it boasts great views. The sea is nice, snorkeling is a challenge because of currents and wind. We did see some fish and stingrays. Watch for the pelicans migrating: they come very close to the beach in the morning and evening. Between 10 and 17 the beach is open to visitors as well. But before and after that you could almost imagine being on a deserted island. It is also very quiet at night. Just the sounds of the sea. No music and no amusement. The cabana (number 1) we stayed in was right at the beach. Very convenient and it came with absolutely gorgeous views. The cabana was actually quite spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was good and a mosquitonet is provided, as well as clean towels (daily). For cleaning service you can easily send a WhatsApp to your Camarista. She will find you on the beach to get the key. We experienced some rains (heavier than at home in Holland). Be rested: the cabana stays dry at all times. The building with showers (cold) and toilets are kept (very) clean. Of course this is a common effort: being at such a place requires a little bit of cooperation too. Last but not least: The staff (online and offline) are kind and helpfull. Don't forget these people work long hours to make your stay comfortable. The staff at the beachbar is lovely too. Again, remember: this is not the average resort this is an authentic Mexican place. So work on your report with the people that work her. Be nice and friendly and apprective of their efforts to create a good vibe. The choice of food fits the atmosphere: down to earth.

Because of humiditylevels nothing really dries. Even my bikini never dried during our 5-day stay here. So bring your dryfit sportswear with you and be cautious of getting your towels and clothes (very) wet. They hardly dry. This is probably the reason why the campsite doesnt provide 100% cotton sheets. If you dont like that (true, it can be a bit sweaty on hotter nights), you can easily sleep on your towel. Thats what we did and it was perfectly fine.

The staff is not polite they are rude. That makes the stay uncomfortable

Very noisy music during the day, seems is also a beach club for locals, so not best place to rest... We asked to turn down the volume but they were offended, so we have to move somewhere else.
