"Better than a motel stay if you're in Jax and needing accomodation."

Room was nicely decorated. Bed comfortable, bathroom and shower worked. Useful kitchen common area. Clean.

Well meaning instructions came across as bossy. E.g. "shoes off indoors". "No cooking of anything smelly' Also, obvious video monitoring indoors was off-putting.

"I really enjoyed Jacksonville."

Location . Clean . Kitchen .

A little noisy. People didn't consider others with the doors closing. It was a little uncomfortable never knowing who's coming or going. Sharing bathroom was different but it worked out. If I stayed again I would rent the larger room with bathroom. Overall it worked out well.

Did not stay due to there where another person in the house and was not told that we had to share the place with a stranger, felt very unsafe.
