Seaview serenity apartment

Apartamento com muito bom gosto, limpo e com tudo o necessário. Netflix, ar condicionado e até mesmo adaptadores nas tomadas de eletricidade. Pequenos pormenores que fazem a diferença e qualidade. Boa comunicação. Só tivemos 3 dias mas teria ficado uma semana inteira de férias sem problema. Recomendo.

Прекрасные апартаменты, которые превзошли наши ожидания! Нам было комфортно разместиться вчетвером, включая одного ребенка. Две спальни и две полноценные ванные комнаты делают проживание большой компанией очень удобным. В апартаментах есть абсолютно все: кухонная утварь, ванные принадлежности, даже инвентарь для пляжа и плавания (наверное, от прошлых постояльцев). Быстрый и стабильный Wi-Fi, Smart TV с возможностью подключить собственные аккаунты. Вид с балкона полностью соответствует фотографиям. Можно бесконечно сидеть и любоваться закатом с бокалом вина. Однажды за завтраком, любуясь на океан, удалось увидеть китов, которые в тот день подошли очень близко к рифу. Большой плюс - собственное место на парковке. Мы взяли машину в аренду и много путешествовали по острову. И каждый раз возвращались в апартаменты, будто к себе домой. На въезде всегда приветствует охрана.

Апартаменты находятся на окраине городка Флик-н-Флак и до пляжа примерно 10-15 минут пешком, столько же и до кафе, магазина. Для нас это не было неудобством, т.к. преимущественно мы перемещались на авто. Но имейте это в виду.

The host was super nice, helped me through a little issue with air mauritius, and promptly answered my questions. The views from the flat are beautiful, you don't get tired of them. Felt like a home away from home

Super spacious apartment with a view on the sea (amazing sunsets!). Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. All clean and nice. Good communication with the host. Friendly staff in the parking garage.

It was a bit far from town and beach, other than that it was perfect.

Love everything about this apartment, it really felt like home, I regretted having split my holiday and having to move to another part of the island staying in a big resort hotel.

Consider leaving room fresheners and buying a full length mirror. Also, the checking instructions need to mention that coming out of the lift you turn right then turn left once through the small black doors.

Clean, sizeable, well equipped

What to say. Fantastic stay, wonderfully equipped, clean and cosy apartment and great owner. The apartment is equipped enough for self-catering, has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living area and a great terrace. The apartment is located in the Kensington Seaviews residential complex, which is equipped with its own security, swimming pool, gym, staff to keep everything in order and of course underground parking. The view from the terrace is amazing, you just have to take into account that in the Mauritian summer, the sun is more to the south, so you can't see the sunset directly from the terrace - but it's always better to drive to the beach and enjoy the atmosphere right there. The owner communicated with us, gave us recommendations for restaurants, solved any problem we had, even provided information about technicalities (loose doorknob, etc) reported by previous users of the apartment. The position of the apartment has to be taken into account. It is about 15-20 min walk from the beach Flic en Flac, and restaurants in the center. And a less-than-ideal route either through a housing estate or along a main road with what may even remotely resemble a pavement. On the other hand, it's quiet at night, there are amazing views from higher ground above the town, a great base for driving your own car, and there are no mosquitoes as in the town below. After one attempt to walk into town, we always drove with no problem parking along the long beach. Supermarkets Winners (Cascavelle shopping mall are 3 min drive) or SuperU in Tamarin about 15 min.

Nothing critical, only the access to the residential complex is through the security (carpark) gate. During Check-In and check-out, when you do not have a remote control for the gate, it may be a bit complicated since sometimes the security guy goes for a regular walk and is not present by the gate.
